- Report directly to CTO on quarterly innovation milestones and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/finance sectors
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech integration, or autonomous systems
- PhD or equivalent in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations with commercial viability
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
