Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and validation of emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $1M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop patents and intellectual property for proprietary 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ examples required)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with successful C-suite stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in fast-growth environments
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
