Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience

- Expertise in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technology impacts
