Responsibilities
- Lead strategic innovation projects targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Architect and implement forward-looking digital transformation frameworks
- Identify and validate emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Manage cross-functional R&D pipelines with P&L responsibility
- Develop patentable intellectual property portfolios
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation
- Certification in Agile/Scalable methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience with international innovation ecosystems
