Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists in incubating breakthrough products and services
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and cutting-edge research initiatives
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact projects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate future disruptions
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track ROI on future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or transforming industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile, fast-paced environments
