Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Conduct trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech, and AI ethics domains
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on technological disruption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
