Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year vision
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons
- Author thought leadership content on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or published industry forecasts
