Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations with 5-year market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and investors securing $10M+ annual R&D funding
- Champion sustainable technology practices ensuring all innovations align with 2030 UN SDGs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical factors influencing future innovation landscapes
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years of innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing technologies with 5+ year market adoption horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for futuristic ventures
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
