Responsibilities
- Design and roadmap 2026-ready technology frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop innovation governance frameworks balancing ethical considerations with rapid deployment
- Collaborate with global R&D centers to align on 2026 strategic technology milestones
- Create sustainability impact assessments for all 2026 innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant projects or research publications
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in ethical AI design or sustainable technology frameworks
