Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints prototyping quantum-encrypted blockchain networks and neural interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms in critical infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design sustainability protocols for next-generation data centers and distributed computing networks
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or systems architecture with proven 2020s innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or distributed consensus protocols
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFSF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling tech solutions from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG compliance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization cycles
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
