- Develop business cases and ROI models for experimental technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with proven 2020+ technology deployment experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks like Horizon Scanning and Delphi Method
