Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years leading R&D in exponential technology sectors
- Published research in Nature/Science on climate-tech convergence
- Expertise in agile development for complex adaptive systems
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
- Portfolio of deployed sustainable tech solutions
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
