Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for the 2026 Initiative's quantum-computing infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams across 12 countries to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Secure $50M+ in federal research grants and venture partnerships
- Establish industry-wide ethical standards for emerging technologies
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
- Mentor PhD fellows and patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent from Tier-1 institution
- Track record of securing $20M+ in R&D funding
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Certification in quantum-computing architecture (e.g., IBM Q Network)
