Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmap focused on the 2026 operational horizon, identifying key tech shifts and implementation timelines.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems, ensuring high availability and seamless integration with legacy infrastructure.
- Innovation Lab: Spearhead R&D initiatives exploring next-gen technologies, conducting POCs for emerging tools like Autonomous Agents and Predictive Analytics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to align technical vision with business objectives and market demands.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the tech division.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities early, implementing proactive mitigation strategies for future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategy role within a tech-forward organization.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Machine Learning pipelines. Experience with AI/LLM integration is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability, security, and long-term sustainability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
