Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Processing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures that bridge the gap between current capabilities and future horizons.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a world-class team of engineers and researchers in prototyping and validating next-gen algorithms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data) into our core product suite.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within AI/ML or High-Performance Computing sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to think critically about long-term technological trajectories and market shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
