Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for long-term technology adoption, specifically focusing on AI, machine learning, and quantum computing integration.
- Architectural Innovation: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures that align with the company's vision for 2026.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate abstract futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- R&D Leadership: Guide research initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for immediate and long-term deployment.
- Culture of Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI strategy, or technical product management with a focus on emerging tech.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of generative AI models, large language models (LLMs), and the fundamentals of quantum computing.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying trends and successfully leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences, from C-suite executives to development teams.
