Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation autonomous systems designed for the 2026 operational standard.
- Lead research and development in high-priority futuristic technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate visionary concepts into scalable, production-ready code.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure safety and efficiency in unpredictable environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the future of our organization.
- Publish white papers and patents related to breakthrough innovations in robotics and AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related engineering field; PhD preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Systems Architecture.
- Deep understanding of Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) for robotics prototyping.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
