- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product, design, and executive stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Resource Allocation: Manage technical budgets and debt to ensure scalability and stability.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and publish white papers on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of AI/ML pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed system design.
- Future Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate abstract future concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
