Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Drive the technical strategy and development roadmap for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as Neural Architecture Search and Edge AI.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in specialized AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and high-availability cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Creativity: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for exploring uncharted territory in AI development.
