As a key member of our elite Technical Leadership Team, you will translate abstract 2026 strategic goals into robust, scalable, and secure technical roadmaps. This is a high-impact role for someone who refuses to settle for 'current best practices' and demands excellence for the future.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 AI Roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models with legacy systems to drive operational efficiency.
- Design secure, low-latency edge computing solutions for distributed environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of quantum-inspired algorithms in cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed system design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their potential application in 2026.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
