Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences and infrastructure
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and market disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ tech roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Executive experience scaling disruptive technologies to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized innovations with $10M+ impact
- Experience with ISO 21434 cybersecurity for autonomous systems
