- Conduct horizon scanning of academic research, patent landscapes, and geopolitical tech policies to anticipate disruption vectors
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for co-development initiatives
- Monitor and analyze global tech policy shifts affecting the deployment of autonomous systems and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography and quantum-resistant algorithm development
- Exceptional understanding of neuromorphic computing architectures and brain-computer interfaces
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future technology trends
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust) with proficiency in quantum simulation frameworks
