Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum services
- Track record of shipping enterprise-grade AI solutions
- Fluency in at least two programming paradigms
