Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology strategy aligned with 2026+ vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive-level strategic roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align research priorities with market opportunities
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation
