Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) through market research and scenario planning
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with corporate objectives and future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Present visionary technology briefings to investors and board members
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping of 2026-era solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in future forecasting
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
