Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and champion a culture of exponential thinking across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, books)
- Experience with futures forecasting tools and platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Delphi methods)
