Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories for 2026-2030 through trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging tech capabilities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and decentralized systems
- Analyze global regulatory shifts impacting frontier technologies and recommend adaptive strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on societal implications of AI-human symbiosis and automation ethics
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Technology Readiness Levels)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or policy advisory work
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic narratives
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in agile innovation environments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
