Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026+ market disruption scenarios
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems) through data-driven frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports for Board-level strategic decisions
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks in emerging technology adoption
- Establish partnerships with leading academic and industry research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario modeling frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term tech strategy
