Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) to forecast industry shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments impacting innovation ecosystems
- Create competitive intelligence reports on emerging market entrants and disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption
