- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiotic technologies
- Present futuristic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or human-AI collaboration
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling R&D teams from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Futurology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies launched in last decade
- Certification in emerging tech ethics (IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
