Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web5, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI) for market readiness
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution impacts
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused prototyping and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable tech futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized networks, and zero-trust architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier futurist journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Tech Foresight (TFx) or equivalent strategic foresight program
