Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, decentralized networks)
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough technologies with patent-potential
- Advocate ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with Fortune 100 clients to implement 2026-readiness strategies
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technical specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech verticals (quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuations
- Security clearance eligibility for federal innovation partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global collaborations)
