- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Build proprietary foresight frameworks using proprietary data analytics
- Represent FutureVision at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or business strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
