As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. You'll leverage cutting-edge analytics, scenario planning, and market intelligence to develop frameworks that position us as industry leaders in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing technological, social, and economic trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and innovation opportunities
- Produce actionable white papers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging technology startups and research institutions
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI and big data analytics
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (preferred)
