Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on emerging tech adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy execution
- Certificate in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
