Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global enterprises in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop Horizon's proprietary '2026 Impact Index' for emerging technologies
- Publish quarterly foresight briefings read by 10,000+ industry leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodology and critical thinking
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Present at premier global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformation
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
