Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal paradigms impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing business models and operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visual storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) required
