Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on paradigm-shifting technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate innovation, venture capital, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and weak-signal detection methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level strategic storytelling
- Published thought leadership in recognized industry publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or other accredited body)
