- Produce evidence-based scenario planning reports with 5-10 year horizons
- Advocate ethical innovation through policy development and stakeholder education
- Build proprietary trend-detection systems using AI and human intelligence
- Mentor junior futurists and publish thought leadership in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
- Published research in futurism or technology ethics (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Futurist Platform Pro)
