Responsibilities

- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and innovation hubs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and implement Horizon's 2026 innovation pipeline, aligning R&D investments with future market demands
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate future-ready organizational capabilities
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board of directors and C-suite leadership with data-backed future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, emerging technology analysis, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
