Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for future market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation projects from concept to implementation with measurable KPIs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive leadership
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behavior shifts
