Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof strategies into roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author forward-looking thought leadership positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a future authority
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed foresight thinking across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight Strategy, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario modeling tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
