Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 technology foresight framework for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis for industry publications
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs to commercialize breakthrough technologies within 18-month cycles
- Design resilience protocols for global supply chains facing 2030 climate volatility projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research on quantum ethics or neurotechnology adoption curves preferred
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi consensus-building techniques
- Proficiency in Python for trend analysis and network modeling tools like Gephi
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise strategy through futures research
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DoD-level background check
