Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author annual '2026 Vision' reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks to track progress toward 2026 transformation goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
