- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product blueprints
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners through compelling data visualizations
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-focused authority
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Proven track record of successfully predicting market disruptions with documented case studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech, quantum computing)
