Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Advise product development teams on incorporating emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their implications on technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
