Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, disruptors, and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and implementation plans
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development pipelines
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 milestones and adapt strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futurology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
