Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive trend forecasts for 2026+ across tech, consumer behavior, and global markets
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture early signals
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Maintain a proprietary 'Future Radar' database tracking 500+ emerging signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures clearly
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight domains
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
