Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work or impact projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
