Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic breakthroughs to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies including AGI, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Design innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients adopting next-gen systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Produce quarterly Horizon Scan Reports with predictive market impact assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in quantitative forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D consulting, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of at least three exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools like Delphi methodology, causal layered analysis, or AI-driven trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (required)
